Group visits are available for groups sizes 5 to 100 students in ninth grade and above. To request a group visit or to request additional information, please fill out our online group visit request form. Please request your visit date at least 4 weeks in advance to allow sufficient planning. After request form is submitted, Goshen College’s Admissions Event Manager will reach out to you via email. After submitted request feel free to reach out at 574-535-7535 for more questions.

Group visits begin at 10am. A typical group visit lasts up to 3 hours, but can be tailored to your time needs.  Lunch is also included (groups of 10 and under will be provided with lunch in the Dining Hall, while groups over 10 will be treated to a Pizza Lunch lunch in the Admissions Suite).

Sample Group Visit Schedule:

10 am - Arrival, Check In, and Welcome

10:15 am - Campus Tour

11:15 am - Get to Know GC Session

11:45 am -  Kahoot, Q&A, Raffle

12:15 pm - Pizza lunch

1:00 pm - Group Picture and Depart

Chaperones play a vital role in maintaining a positive learning environment during group visits.  Please review the following information regarding chaperone responsibilities and share it with your staff.

1. Goshen College requires 1 (one) chaperone for every 15 students.

2. Chaperones must stay with their group at all times.

3. Chaperones must ensure that students stay with the group and do not wander off without permissions.

4. Chaperones will encourage respectful behavior and discourage disruptive or disrespectful behavior.

5. Chaperones will serve as a role model by behaving appropriately and professionally, and showing an engaged attitude with the admissions staff and student workers.
